Kind & Caring Thoughts

 Kind & Caring Thoughts is a new level 3 hostess set with 12 pieces.  Don’t you just love the big flower?  I stamped it in Melon Mambo on white then backed it with Always Artichoke and Melon Mambo.  I also used a piece of retired Always Artichoke Patterns Designer Series Paper. The tag was made using the large scallop and the oval scallop. The sentiment Thinking of You is from Kind & Caring Thoughts.

 

I also embellished the inside of the card, which adds just that little something.  I just stamped the small flower from the set in Melon Mambo and put a little piece of Always Artichoke at the bottom of the card.  Easy Peasy!  Hope you have a great Monday.

Razzle Dazzle!

 

This card shows three of the new In Colors and the NEW In Color MARKERS!  The card base is Crushed Curry and stamped with the flower image from Razzle Dazzle in Rich Razzleberry and Crushec Curry in the upper right corner.  I then layered Melon Mambo and Rich Razzleberry.  Each of these was stamped using the Tres Chic Background Stamp and the corresponding color classic ink.  I roughed up the top of each piece using the Cutter Kit.  I used Crushed Curry Classic Ink to color the 1/4" Grosgrain Whisper White Ribbon.  A very easy card to make that anyone would enjoy receiving.

One Stamp Set THREE Ways

I wanted to show you the versatility of one of my favorite sets.  Friends 24-7 and the coordinating wheel Friendly Words.

This card is made with a piece Brocade Blue Card Stock.  I stamped the brocade image from Friends 24-7 repeatedly in Brocade Blue Classic ink and Whisper White Craft Ink.  I then stamped the same image in Brocade Blue on Whisper White Card Stock, before I stamped the image I inked around some of the edges with the Chocolate Chip marker.  I backed the white with a piece of retired Chocolate Chip Patterns Designer Series Paper.  Tied a piece of Chocolate Chip Taffeta Ribbon and added a tag using the 1-3/8" and 1-1/4" circle purches in Chocolate Chip and Brocade Blue Card Stock.  For a little extra I stamped the 24-7 image in Chocolate Chip Classic Ink.  A very easy card.

Now for the second sample.

This card is made using Kraft, Whisper White and Brocade Blue Card Stock and Bella Bleu Designer Series Paper. I used the Stampin' Up! Beauiful Butterflies bigz die and embellished the butterfly with two white halfback pearls from the Pretties Kit.  The brocade image was stamped in Brocade Blue Classic Ink on Whisper White Card Stock then I stamped the word image on top in Chocolate Chip ink that I stamped off first.

The third sample is completely different.

 

This card uses Basic Gray, Whisper White Card Stock and So Saffron Patterns Designer Series Paper.  I stamped the large flower image from the new Razzle Dazzle stamp set in So Saffron Classic Ink on white. The bird image from Friends 24-7 was stamped in Basic Gray Classic Ink on white and colored using Stampin' Pastels.  The oval tag was made using the scallop oval and oval punches.  The words true friends, from the Friendly Words wheel was stamped on So Saffron in Basic Gray.

Celebrate

I had some time today to do some stamping, finally!  I started with a base of Kiwi Kiss and added a layer of Sahara Sand that I ran through the Big Shot using the Harlequin Texturz Backgrounds #1.  This is one of Shelli's signature collection and unique to Stampin' Up!.  I then added another layer of Kiwi Kiss topped off with a small piece of Whisper White.  I stamped Botanical Blooms, a SAB set, and Celebrate Everything in Basic Black and Kiwi Kiss.  I hope you enjoy!
